Episode 16: U2 Brutus?

June 15, 2017

The fearless and heroic Condition Mint team selflessly throw themselves upon the sonic grenade that is U2 in this extra special episode recorded WAY outside their comfort zone. Don’t despair though! There’s still time for some non-Bono related content in the form of Duffy Flintbottom’s all new medical conditions PLUS the return of Dexter the jive talking guitar ranking robot.

Episode 15: They Say It’s Your Birthday

June 9, 2017

It’s a supersized episode dedicated to the 50th anniversary of seminal Beatles album Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band. The Condition Mint team pull it apart with their usual surgical precision, and still find time to throw a piece of hipster folk music in the bin and finally provide conclusive evidence that Paul McCartney died half a century ago…. BUT BY WHOSE HAND!?!?!

Episode 14: Idiot Box Bangers

June 1, 2017

Condition Mint are in charge of the remote this week as they investigate musical highlights from the small screen. Jaso and Fox also reflect on the huge industry buzz surrounding the podcast’s secret sound gameshow “Fragment Of Mystery” and Sir Tungsten Hemmersley recalls getting medieval on Bruce Springsteen’s ass.

Episode 13: One And Done

May 25, 2017

Do you have an album in your collection you love yet everything else by that artist leaves you meh? You’ve found yourself in a classic "one and done" situation, a concept which the Condition Mint team explore in this week’s exciting new episode. The podcast also sees the emergence of new team member Duffy Flintbottom and the inclusion of 5 seconds of the worst KISS song you will ever listen to.

Episode 12: I Seem To Have Something In My Eye

May 18, 2017

This episode is dedicated to songs that make us sad, giving the Condition Mint team a rare chance to deliver some heartfelt poignancy whilst still managing to make a pretty good catheter joke.

Episode 11: Plank Spanking Power Rankings

May 11, 2017

Condition Mint take on the unenviable task of ranking some of the greatest and not quite greatest guitar players of all time, using the sophisticated high tech problem solving power of the VTR system. Luddite Jase foolishly questions the state of the art Dexter computing interface and is mildly shocked to discover it has developed A.I. in so far as it can swear at him. Fox meanwhile struggles with how to introduce Ted Nugent into polite conversation.

May 4, 2017

Condition Mint are chooglin on in to deliver a Creedence Clearwater Revival Special! Put on your flannelette shirt, have your swamp rock boots handy and be prepared to do what John Fogerty tells you to do unless you want to record an album without his help - and believe us, you don’t want that.

Episode 9: Eat My Brain

April 27, 2017

This week Jaso shakes the musical science community to it’s core with his game changing P.I.L.S. theory while Fox lays down the gauntlet to Chapman/Chinn's libel lawyers for the second week running. There’s also time for the Condition Mint team to offer an explanation as to why ex-Angels bassist Buzz Bidstrup has such a weird name.

Episode 8: Chinn Up Chaps

April 20, 2017

Condition Mint return with an episode dedicated to the shit hot songwriting/producing team of Chapman/Chinn. A heavily libellous episode ensues which posits the existence of a 40 year old unpublished Steven King manuscript and leans heavily on Sir Tungsten Hemmersley’s enunciation of the word “booth”.

Episode 7: That’s Sh*t, Cop This!

April 13, 2017

Episode 7 of Condition Mint sees our heroes confront popular opinion head on and delivering it a brutal yet perfectly legal shirtfront. That’s right - It’s cover versions that are superior to the original, and it’s not for the faint hearted, non maverick thinkers or Dylan fans. On top of the musical sacrilege Jase manages to coin a new nickname for Graham Bonnet, Fox announces he is leaving his wife over unconscionable Noddy Holder slurs and Sir Tungsten Hemmersley succumbs to the red mist.
